In an aleatory order: - bedsheet full with tiny blood stains - see pics. - bed making unbearable noises at every move during sleep - woke up 10 times - bathroom extremely poorly equipped - sink closet barely standing vertically, improvisations on all drains, unbearable stink - showerhead stand broken - closet door hanging on lower hinge only, hence door making noise at every step - yes, parquet extremely loose, so that vibrations made the closet wobble - slippers provided by property stained and torn - food leftovers in the freezer - carpet not vacuumed for ages - thick layer of dust all over it; also broken in several places so that door couldn't be closed. Please take a look at the pictures.

Super clean super spacious! You have coffee, sweets ,tea complimentary. Highly recommended.

Only the location

Very old and dilapidated house Ceiling ready to fall , the doorknobs are broken, no door stays closed, without heat in the bathroom and kitchen; dirty windows in the kitchen, also dirty mirror in the bedroom and hallway, a lot of dust on and behind the tv sets. The floor moves and creaks with every movement and is covered with something improvised of black color. The cupboard dirty, greasy and the stove knobs so dirty that we were reluctantly to touch.

Cheking-in and out was very convenient. I arrived late at night and had no problems with getting the keys. The apartment is big and very clean. Towels and bed sheets are snowy white - very nice. I loved heaters in each room, it was quite warm in my bedroom.

The place is great and huge and the energy of the place is nice 👍 and the owner leaved two cans of beer for free. This place is actually improved my impression about Bucharest, because all other areas of the city are so crowded and ugly, and this area is really feels like home.

Mostly I don't like writing reviews, because I always feel too picky and the overall experience was good and I don't want to hurt the score of the owner. That's exactly how I feel now. The Microwave didn't worked so I heated my food like in the old days, on a pan, but I surly would prefer to use microwave for that. Didn't understand how to heat water without a kettle, I probably should have contacted the owner, to get explanation how do you do this with coffee machine, but I felt it less energy consuming and just heated it on the stove. Because I already asked the owner to help me to close the door, never met a lock like that. The wifi password was not easy to find, just with dedication I tried to use the default one from rauter and it worked. Its hard to take a shower and not make all the bathroom wet. And what I disliked the most the bad lining was with a pattern that felt tough, and not soft.

The location was good, but the place was poor in everything,

the beds were bad, there was nothing we can use for breakfast

great location, cleanliness, very attentive and friendly owner. my family felt comfortable. I recommend;)

the floor creaks a little, but it's not particularly disturbing.
