Spacious apartment, at the ground floor; able to access it from the outside via the balcony hence very easy to reach out to the car for all the luggages.

There was an unexpected issue with the central heating; although the host tried hard to solve it, it was unpleasant and pretty cold for the kids. We couldn't move as it was already late in the night, we have unpacked some of the stuff and it would have been an nextra effort to move with the 2 kids. The issue got self resolved close to the midnight. I would have appreciated if the host would have applied a discount for the inconvenience caused, but it was not the case.

Very cozy apartment, spacious, clean, everything you need for your stay. There are supermarkets nearby that are open until late. Nice hostess, everything went without any problems.

We stayed for one night during the trip to Bulgaria from Ukraine. Easy to get from the main road. The owner was answering all the messages. Communication was really good. The lady met us on the agreed time. The apartment is on the ground floor with separate access - that was really very convenient. The flat is equipped with all your need for basic food preparation and a short period of stay. Bed and sofa were comfortable to sleep. Parking is just in front of the windows. The apartment is 5 minutes walking from the city center.
