Foarte frumos amenajat. Foarte curat. Locația lângă parc. Loc foarte liniștit. Expresor de cafea.

- Miros puternic de canal. Probabil unul sau mai multe sifoane nu funcționează. - Drumul de acces neasfaltat, noroios și cu dâmburi; nepotrivit pentru mașini cu garda joasă. - Locul de parcare dedicat, a fost mai tot timpul ocupat. Am putut totuși să parchez vis a vis de strada. - Saltelele la pat sunt prea moi. - Deși apartamentul are 2 dormitoare, are doar o singură baie.

Locatie superba, in apropiere de Parcul Arinis, apartamentul dispune de camere spatioase si aranjate cu gust. Sederea a fost o placere.

Ocazional din baie venea un miros urat de canalizare.
