"Very nice apartment, but with parking problems"

Very nice apartment, good position near the beach and close by various attractions. Very clean, in a new building. Full kitchen. It has one air conditioning unit in the living, but with all interior doors open, the entire interior temperature is reasonable.

The parking was a nightmare. The building only has 12 places reserved, almost always full. Most parking places near by are reserved / on pay plan (zone 2 paying plan) but even paid places are most of the time full. Another negative aspect was that there is an under construction building, 20m of the apartment balcony. But the windows are good isolating the noise.
