Appartamento molto bello e abbastanza pulito. La posizione era molto comoda per raggiungere il centro sia a piedi che con i mezzi, inoltre vi erano diversi servizi nella zona come supermercati posti dove mangiare ecc.. Nota di merito al terrazzino davvero carino

The area where the apartment is located is good. The room was comfortable and very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

I decided to stay in this place because it was right next to my friends’ hotel. I was quite disappointed when, at the moment I could no longer cancel the reservation, the host informed me that the actual address was 1 km away from the one shown in the booking. This was disappointing because I avoided other cheaper places around the hotel just to stay close to my friends. In the end, the apartment was 1km away and I had to take taxis every day to reach the area. I tried to talk to the host about this and asked for a small discount. I received the following reply: “Address from reservation is the office address. Is clearly mention on booking. Please let me know if you will keep the reservation.” At the time I checked, it was written there, but I cannot know if that information was already there when I made the booking. I decided to trust them. Two things bothered me about this situation. First, should I really have to double-check that the pin on the map is not the real address of the property? If the map shows a location, it is normal to assume the property is there. Why should I think the apartment is not in the same building as the office? Second, I only received this information when it was already too late to cancel the reservation without losing money. When I asked how to pay, I received a very abrupt reply: “Cash. Tomorrow.” The next day I received call and messages asking about my schedule so they could collect the money. This created a stressful situation because I was at the thermal baths and not constantly checking my phone. In the end, I was allowed to leave the money in the lockbox. That made me wonder why this option was not offered from the beginning. I was asked to leave 159€ (810 Lei) in the lockbox, while the correct amount was 156€ (795 Lei). I pointed it out to the owner and the situation was corrected, so I assume it was a mistake. Finally, the room was not very clean. The previous guest had eaten Pringles, and the cleaning was not done very car

Die Lage war gut

Die Hütte stank nach Zigarettenqualm echt schlimm. Im Bett im Schlafzimmer dachte man , man Schläft am Strassenrand, so laut war der Strassenlärm. Vermieter informierte nicht vorab, das Raucher die Wohnung vorher derb zugequalmt hatten. Haben deswegen insgesamt 8€ Nachlass bekommen- für die 4 Übernachtungen, die wir aber aufgrund des gestanks nach 2 nächten verlassen haben.

Home has everything inside it and clean.

The apartment location is not good. It is desolate and we scared to come back at night. Also home owner is not answering in a good way , he is rude when you message him many times
