Delux Apartment

Apartament spatios, foarte cochet, care pune la dispozitie tot ce este nevoie pentru un sejur complet, de la vesela, tacamuri, aparat de cafea, microunde, tot ce este nevoie in zona de baie, pana la caldura, confort si un mediu foarte cozy. Privelistea este de asemenea una minunata. In ciuda temperaturilor scazute, panta de urcare spre cazare a fost foarte accesibila, deloc inghetata, oferind ulterior o parcare generoasa in fata complexului. Zona este una linistita, la aproximativ 3 min cu masina de centrul orasului, restaurante, atv-uri, clabucet-telescaun si bob, servicii de livrare disponibile la locatie, benzinarie la 1 min distanta.

Locația, amplasarea, liniștea

A fost aproape de predeal, a fost calduros si conexiune wifi excelenta

aparatul de cafea era stricat, canapeaua avea o problema cand se extindea, foarte incomoda si curatenie nu prea era.

The apartment is indeed beautiful, with a nice view. Marcel was really helpful and responded to my messages in a timely manner. The check-in instructions that he sent in advance were easy to follow. The wifi was fast and reliable. The apartment was really warm, even though the outside temperature was 5-7° C. The bedroom is really spacious, and has a lot of storage room. The location is perfect for a stay if you want to visit the castles nearby, Bran and Peles are no more than 30-40 minute drive, Brasov is also close enough. We were getting our groceries in Lidl, which is around 7km away to the south. Overall this place is good enough if your plan is only to have a place to sleep and shower.

The approach to the apartment building is really steep, with full trunk of suitcases, we were barely able to go up (even though we have somewhat newer car), in the winter, I can imagine it being even harder. The apartment could have been cleaner. There were clumps of dust on the floor, below the dining table. There were food crumbs on the kitchen counter, and parts of egg shells on the stove. Even though we booked for 5 people, there were only 4 pillows. The sofa could be replaced, as the part of it - that should be pulled out in order for more than one person to sleep on - is faulty and separates from the sofa itself, which I don't think should be the case. The mattress in the bedroom is old, and I might be mistaken, but it felt like it had springs in it. All in all, none of the things that I mentioned above were a deal brakers. With proper refreshment (mattress, couch, a few more kitchen utensils) and a proper cleanup, this place has a high potential.

Світла, простора квартира, дуже тепло, тихо та затишно. Перед нашим приїздом однозначно прибирали. Співвідношення ціна=якість.

Дуже поганий напір води, вимити волосся майже не можливо. Протікає вода в санвузлі. Диван не розкладається, кавомашина не працює. Бронювали на трьох, але рушники та постіль були підготовлені лише на двох осіб.
