BRISO Apartments

Interior design of the apartament which we couldnt use !

It was the worst experience we had with Booking in many, many years. We arrived at approx 20.00 hours after a long drive on a hot day. Outside there were 37 deg. C. And we were really looking forward to enjoy our 2 bedrooms apartment with A/C....We climbed the steep stairs (not mentioned in the description of the apart. on Booking !) to the attic (second floor). Hot, hot, hot. And when we opened the door of the apart is was even hotter (36 / 37 deg C). We tried the A/C . Didnt't work.! The remote control for the A/C had NO batteries ! We took the batteries from the TV remote . Still the A/C didnt work !. We called the owner. She confirmed that the A/C was broken ( important condition in our ordered, paid in advance apart). She put the blame on the tourists who steal (!!!!!!) and/or the cleaning lady who didnt check !!!! But she is the OWNER ! No chance to repair it. She offered us an apartment with 1 bedroom ( ours was paid for 2 bedrooms , with A/C, balcony, WiFi etc. etc ). This one was NOT clean. But had an A/C which worked. Poorly, but it worked. No need to say that we couldnt really rest over night.

The summer makes this property horror. The apartments don’t have air conditioners inside the sleeping room, they only have one air conditioner in the living room, which does not have any power of cooling the other rooms as well. So, it was so uncomfortable and the price is too big for what they offer.

Clean and tidy

The air conditioner didn’t work ! We booked for 3 nights but nothing was done . We received a much smaller place but suitable for one person and not 3.

It needs a deep cleaning, the floor is very dirty, we had our children with us and we couldn’t let her on the floor, it was that dirty.. the staff was very kind as we could check out later in the day..of course we paid for that. So if the person in charge sees that , please clean the place ..

A comfortable,spacious apartment,clean and well equipped,located in a quiet area.

Very clean and well equipped, located in a peaceful environment.

No toilet paper No heating nor hot water in the morning and during the day. We suffered skin reaction from the bed bugs. Landlord wasn’t responding to questions sent via app
