It was well designed and I was able to self check in at a late hour. Also the owner was reachable at a last minute booking.

1. For me the location was hard to find, it was not exactly at the address mentioned and in the evening for me was hard to find. 2. I know is not under owner control, but the inside of the building doesn’t look good, looks old and doesn’t give you a good vibe. 3. When I entered the house there was a smell of cigarette and I found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. I was very tired after a trip and I decided I will leave in the middle of the night and look for other accommodation. I left a message to the owner and next day after having a discussion she decided she will refund my amount next month after she receives the money from Booking. After a month when I reached out to her she didn’t want to keep up her word because booking.com refunded half of the amount as credit. We had an unpleasant discussion where she pointed out that I checked in late and that I left her a message late in the night, that I want to scam her and so on. Things that she didn’t mention at that time suddenly was a problem and she refused to give me the amount she said she will (after calling at booking and booking contacted her she said she refuses to refund me). After some unpleasant discussion she gave me almost half of the money. I was before in accommodations where I didn’t like and left and asked for a refund and everytime the owner was polite and gave me a refund without having a fight. Here was different, we had to have a long unpleasant discussion. I saw another negative feedback where in owner way of replying she implies that you have unreasonable standards. I know negative feedbacks are not enjoyable, but dear owner you have to understand that people are different, so do standards and remember that you are offering an experience, not just a bed.
