Great location and friendly and informative messaging about check-in

Does not sleep 10. Sleeps 6. Additional sofa beds were broken and not suitable for adults.

Big apartment, good location, nice views from the balconies. Upon asking and discussing the problems we were offered free late check-out.

Quite some problems: - Entrance door lock almost broken, had to try 10x each time until we could successfully lock - Booked for 8 people, only 6 beds were prepared, when asking about it we were told to find the rest of the bedding ourselves (we had to use couch pillows and a wool blanket in the end...!!) - Bathroom doors without keys, one door didnt even close!! - Pillows were very high, of poor quality and stinking! Didnt sleep good at all because of this - Some dishes (glasses) in the kitchen shelf were dirty - Communication with 2 different people via booking / whatsapp who didnt seem to inform each other

It’s just next to the Parliament House. Free parking in front of the door. Easy to check in and out.

We are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. There were hair and dust everywhere on the floor all around the house. The sheets and towels were washed but they still didn’t feel clean because they were so worn out. White towels were turned into brown and they had a bad smell. The toilets didn’t have any locks! One of the bathrooms had a semitransparent glass door which was disturbing in our opinion, since we were three different families staying together. Also the water running from the shower was rusty! We know these sound like trolling but unfortunately they were true. We hate leaving bad comments and maybe the landlord was not aware of the dirtiness of the house but we were disappointed, so we believe people should be aware of these when deciding.

All was as it should, the host was kind and helpful, beautiful apartment with all you need to have an last minute break...
