City view apartment with FREE parking

Good placement, quiet area. Had parking.

We were given a phone number to call for the parking to open and we checked beforehand if the number is available 24/7. During the night when I had to leave, nobody was answering the phone and I was unable to get out of the parking lot.

Nice view from the window. Individual place for the car. Everything was fine

The view of the City, very modern , very clean , i recommand

I will count only a few: awesome panoramic views from both balconies, parking garage underground of the buildings, elevator, location not so far from downtown (almost 2.4km), General shopping store nearby (2min walking),... One of the shortcuts walking will be throughout old cimitery - better to go during the daylight times, is very exciting...

I would rather not say that is totally the fault of the owner of this beautiful apartment more to the ones who visited Cluj and stayed and on the end destroyed the outdoor furniture on both balconies. Those seats are a "trap" for incidents and the owner must get rid of them ASAP, someone may be injured if isn't carefully enough.
