The worst experience ever First of all we arrived we asked for 2 more towels because he gave us only one (each) for 5 days And he didn’t agree and immediately told us to leave and started calling to make us decide to leave, just because we asked for more 2 towels There is a high sounds in the apartment every time the lift works(too often) After we just arrived he told us that we cant use the sofa , if we want to use it we have to add more 35€ There are bad smells in the apartment The attitude of the owner is so bad and I respectful

La cama que se anuncia como extra grande no es así, no se duerme bien y la ropa de cama también es pequeña, para dos personas es muy incómodo. Nada recomendable si se quiere descansar bien. El sofá cama ni siquiera es cómodo para una persona. Sería recomendable que si la reserva es para 3 personas y una de ellas va a utilizar el sofá cama que lo dejarán preparado realmente, no con las sábanas puestas y plegado, y sobre todo si la entrada es a las 2 a.m. No solo mejoraría la experiencia, si no que además las sábanas no estarían completamente arrugadas, en este caso además sucias, con manchas y pelos. Realmente desagradable. Sería recomendable también que aunque sea parte de las normas que los huéspedes tienen que lavar los utensilios de cocina utilizados que por favor se revisen, ya que es muy desagradable encontrar los vasos sucios, cubiertos, platos etc, todo con restos de comida. La atención al cliente muy mal. Llamamos el mismo día al llegar por el problema de la cama, aún estamos esperando a que contesten a nuestro mensaje. No tienen para dejar las maletas, por lo que cuidado si tu vuelo sale por la tarde, el check out es a las 10 a.m. Solicitamos salir a las 13 p.m, por 3 horas nos informan que el pago en cash es casi lo mismo que por una persona una noche, y si quieres pagar con pasarela de pago se incrementa, pero además con una comunicación muy mala en información y formas. Lo de que tienen zapatillas, cosas curiosas...si, hay un cajón lleno de zapatillas de hotel USADAS. Sería recomendable no tener este detalle como valor añadido. Un apartamento nada recomendable.

We loved staying in this apartment. It was warm (we visited in December), easy to access and in an amazing, central location! Just a short walk up the road to the main attractions or Old Town - we walked everywhere from the apartment and only got one taxi during our entire trip to the other side of town. It's also very quiet inside the apartment which is wonderful as it's in such a central location. The apartment was also very clean and the shower was brilliant. we are really happy with our stay :)

We had a small issue when we arrived as there were no access fobs in the lockbox - this was sorted out immediately by calling the number on the greeting message the day before. It was very efficiently solved and no problem at all. Overall it was fantastic and I'd highly recommend!

We really loved the apartment. Excellent modern design. Everything was thoughtfully designed, very comfortable, and clean. Universal plugs . We stayed at the end of November, and the apartment was cozy and warm. The host was very responsive: he always responded to my messages, was willing to help, and did everything he could for us. Excellent location in the center of the beautiful old town, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. Everything in the apartment matches the photos. I recommend staying here if you're in Bucharest. Hope to come back again.

Lovely, comfortable, warm apartment. We were missing a tv remote but a replacement was with us within 20 minutes! Tv's in both rooms, bonus. Close enough to walk to the action of the Old Town bars but not that close to not be able to sleep. We'd definitely stay again.

I think it's my fault as I'm used to staying in the UK but could have done with little things such as washing up liquid and tea towels etc. Had to buy some in order to do the dishes. As I've said, probably I should have thought about it. Wouldn't put me off staying again
