Nice apartment, close to the old city ( 5 min walk). The facilities look in very good condition. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a place to park in the street. Good value for the money.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood that doesn't feel very safe to go there alone at night. Across the building there was a very noisy party.( I guess it doesn't happen on a daily basis)
