Little small for the price

Czystość pokoju, udogodnienia, szybki internet, kawiarenka, odległość od centrum i parku, miła obsługa.

Brak pilota do klimatyzacji, luźna bateria umywalki i pokrywa WC, odwrotne zasilanie zimna/ciepła woda, cieknąca słuchawka prysznica (niedokręcona), źle wykonana kanaliza (syfonowanie) co powodowało ciągły zapaszek w łazience. Poza tymi drobnostkami wszystko OK

Nice location in an old villa nice illuminated by night. Rooms are large and clean with everything you need. The bar outside is a big advantage.

The communication with the management of the hotel was very challenging. I wrote a few messages on different channels that I needed an invoice to justify my expenses and did not get an answer for days. Calling a week later I was informed that was not possible which I understand but the fact that I had to wait so long and write so many messages I don’t understand. You are in the hospitality business I think…

Il fatto che non ci è stato spiegato bene come prendere la chiave e che non ci sia nessuno ad accoglierti, se non arrivi preparato perdi troppo tempo… e la doccia che non era il massimo almeno nella stanza 1
