There was no free parking available, despite the listing. We also had no hot water, and although we tried to fix the boiler, it did not work. The bedsheets were not clean - they had black spots and smelled of old laundry. We attempted to contact the host through Booking messages, WhatsApp, and phone calls, but no success.

They requested extra money for early checkin. Really freaked out and thought is a scam.

Не было сахара как минимум. Душевая кабина нуждается в ремонте. В одной из комнат не было чистого постельного белья. Пришлось ночью искать место для парковки. Ремонт на этаже

Quiet area and spatious enough.

It was not really clean when we checked in, the bedsheets were too small for the mattress, there were no cooking pans of you wanted something more than boiling an egg, no basic cooking supplies like salt and oil. There was a very persistent smell of cigarettes than only diminished a week into our stay. We booked this place because it has a table and we wanted to work remote, but the chairs were not the most comfortable. Maybe more suitable for short stays, but the cleaning should improve.
