NOBEL: Premium two-room apartment in Bucharest's city center!

There were to many bad things that spoiled the good ones....

We got there in proper hours to check in. We were suppose to receive check in info on that day after 15:30. It was 21:00 now and they wouldn t answer the phone/whatssup or messages on booking. We had to find different accomodation and pay for it although we paid here also . Finally they called back and lied about sending the access code on booking messages( this can be checked). So we paid first night and did not sleep there at all. Next day we checked in and we couldn t use the shower (no hot water) , it was cold (no heat) and the gas alarm sensor turned on and made awfull noise for hours. We had to turn fuse off for electricity to be quiet. I think it would be nice and call back to return the value of first night that I paid for nothing , but they didn t. The hot water worked for the entire stay less the last day. The towels were not enough and seemed to be quite old and the smell was for sure not fresh. The bathroom has an unpleasant scent.
