No breakfast How can you make somebody to climb 104 steps to their room Specially knowing the age of the people who were going to use it We could have had a heart attach on the first day carrying baggage Even more after going around during the day and coming back to your apartment The tax should have been collected when payment was done I was being harassed to pay the tax I would not recommend this apartment to anybody Would prefer a recommendation of some kind Bye for now

Location was great. Host was very responsive and door code was easy.

No lift. The bedroom air conditioner doesn’t really work and it gets hot at night.

Perfect location. "Kitchen-room" located in the attic of the originally old building. Renovation (walls) in the parts of the "kitchen- room" seems fresh.

1. Wrong place description and price. Generally it is not "one bedroom apartment" I expected from the price, but "narrow kitchen on the 6th floor with non- separated bed, sofa, kitchenette and WC". We expected at least bedroom separated from other facilities (we were 3 adult persons) 2. Single space (room without separating doors) was so narrow that you could enter the double bed only from one side. 3. Dark (only natural light "above" bed- hole with mirrors in the ceiling) 4. Loud. Due "kitchen- room" separated from the former apartment- no sound isolation. Every door opening in the "neighbouring apartments" (former same apartment rooms) sounds like your door is opened. Building (and opposite building) still is in the renovation process- in daytime You have all the "construction sounds" 5 Facilities. Wifi password you can get after longer "message exchange", no message left on the site. You must read the TV manual before to find "right input" (+TV remote controls dirty!). Toaster did not function and our notices were not taken into account within a week of the stay here. Coffee making machine without possibility to find right capsules (even photographed machine for the shops; anyway left here 2 "wrong" capsule packages). Poor ventilation in WC. 6. Safety. In case of fire, escape impossib;e (6th floor with single wooden stairs. Exit on the 1st floor- barricaded with "flammable hat shop" => 7. Overvalued 2-3 times. You can rent a room with breakfast in the 4* hotel ~same place for 2/3 of the price of this "apartment". PS. It was not my 1st time Lisbon+ I have been in PT locations >10 times (incl. islands and/ or former territories like Brasil or Cabo Verde etc.)
