Absolutely NOTHING about the apartment itself. The place was a complete disaster and should not even be listed on this platform. The only positives were the city itself, which we loved, and the location - nothing to do with the property or its management.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental, and I would strongly warn anyone against booking this property. Access is a nightmare. The door only works if you punch in a code and aggressively shake the handle 3–4 times. Every time we came back home, it was a frustrating ordeal. They sent someone to "fix" it and he made it worse. Unhygienic and illegal conditions. There is severe mold under the kitchen sink (which by law should make the property un-rentable). Because of the mold, the apartment is infested with flies – we had 10–15 flying around constantly. Cooking or eating in the apartment felt disgusting. Plumbing issues. The sink and bathroom drainage were clogged for the first two days, leaving us stuck until it was fixed. Dirty and poorly maintained. The so-called “cleaning” was a joke. Cups and utensils were filthy, the microwave still smelled of the last guest’s popcorn, and the oven was sticky and grimy. The couch was dusty, stained, and had a large sticky spot on the side. Even the bathroom cabinet was falling apart. Broken amenities. The intercom downstairs doesn’t work, so every time we ordered food, we had to down. We raised these issues immediately and requested to move out and be refunded for at least the first night. We were promised either a new apartment or compensation. They sent a useless team that didn't really solve anything and came back with 110 euros as compensation for our issues - what a joke! This property is not just uncomfortable — it is unsafe, unclean, and misleading. The management is unresponsive and unprofessional. If you value your time, health, and money, stay far away from this place.

Nice location and a spacious apartment

No air conditioning I rented for 2 weeks and it was cleaned after one week only because I asked.
