"cockroaches, dirty and expensive stay, cannot recommend"

the flat was spacious and was close to a couple of friends we were visiting

there were cockroaches roaming freely in the kitchen, when we told this tot he owner she said she didn’t know about this, but said to use the pesticide that was in a kitchen cupboard. the fact that there was no bin in the kitchen was rather suspicious. the flat was not clean to rental standards and when we told the owner about this she said sh had not been in the country that month and had no time to check the flat before we rented it, and offered a 100 lei refund (we had paid 100 pounds for 2 nights). there were extra charges linked to parking on the site that I believe were not mentioned in the property description, this was 3 lei per hour.
