"We did have a lovely stay when we eventually got in on the 31st May am."

So we arrived late and unfortunately the host did not answer the telephone the first evening so we had to book into an Emergency Hotel, this was not the fault of the host because we were later than expected for check in.

No hairdryer. No kettle, had to boil water on the stove. Only 2 large towels and 2 small towels for 4 people staying.

they sent me to a different location, made me walk a lot and didn't give me the correct address

everything is brand new

because it is a new apartment, maybe they forgot about a bin under the kitchen sink.
