"We will avoid the site in our future trips"

The apartment we were given was not the one advertised with lower level of comfort. The hostess said the one advertised had no water / heating but didn't offer price reduction (we had the same situation in Bucharest in August and it looks like a kind of trick or cheating). She also didn't mention a damaged bed.
