Good Vibes Central Apartment

A central and very comfortable apartment. Easy access to all places in the city. Very warm and equipped with everything we need. Host frequently answered all our questions via booking.com app.

All been perfect!

The whole apartment was perfect decorated, the location was very convenient, it was clean, the view from the apartment was great.

There was an issue about hot water and the central heating of the apartment due to an external broken gas pipe and this was affected us a lot and the worst thing is that the lady that we were in touch didn't answer our calls and didn't do anything about this issue. It was very rude. Another one issue was that we were asking about linens and she didn't offer us and after long time she said us that the extra linens were stored under the sofa. The result was an inconvenient sleep without linens. Additionally, we had asked for extra floor towels and she brought them quite late. In the end, there was great delay responding to our e mails when we were needed her. Extremely bad communication.
