"Чистые апартаменты, близкие к остановке нащемного транспорта."

Приветливый хозяин. Быстро реагирует на сообщения. Близко к остановке автобусов, 19 трамвая ( минуты 2-3 хода), других трамваев ( на параллельной улице). Большая бутылка воды. Очень чистое белоснежное бельё, отдельная спальня, много разных тарелок, чашек, стаканов. Есть электрочайник и кофемашина. Легко регулируется температура в комнатах.

Через стены слышно , как разговаривают в соседних комнатах. Крутая лестница на 1-й этаж. Если чемоданы тяжёлые, трудно затаскивать. Нет маленькой кастрюли или ковша, есть только большая, литра на 3. Газовая плита, как сказал хозяин, должна быть с автоматическим поджигом. Но автоподжиг не работал, в спичечной коробке было 2 спички, а в зажигалке закончился газ. Пришлось поздно вечером бежать в магазин за зажигалкой, чтобы зажечь газ и приготовить еду. Ощущение « бабушкиной» квартиры:старые полы, кровать, стол.

Curat,dotările din bucatarie,mobilierul,apropierea fata de parcul Carol

Scările fff înguste și abrupte,au fost greu de urcat și coborât,si scârțâie.De asemenea,podelele scârțâie groaznic,peretii interiori nu sunt antifonati,poți auzi fff clar ce discuta cei din camerele superioare. În baie,se mai infunda scurgerea de la cabina de duș ,iar la toaletă,se mai bloca mecanismul din interiorul vasului cu apă.
