Proprietarul foarte drăguț si înțelegător .

De cand am intrat s-a simtit un puternic miros de umezeală, era chiar si un aparat de stocat umezeala. Camera rece, intunecata, gresia de pe jos nu era tocmai potrivită. Din pacate curatenia destul de superficial realizată

Foarte murdar. Mucegai și cădea varul de pe pereți, dusul a lăsat de dorit toată gresia sparta, ușile la dulap abea se țineau. Miros urat in cameră.
