Faptul ca este ferit de zgomot si aproape de Aula Magna a Universitatii Politehnice.

Mi-ar fi placut ca proprietatea sa ofere plicuri cu ceai si cu cafea, de dimineata as fi vrut sa servesc o cafea. De asemenea in bucatarie ar fi de preferat o rola cu prosoape de bucatarie, plicuri cu condimente(sare, piper),iar in baie un suport unde sa iti poti lasa cele necesare. Din pacate in baie am gasit fire de par pe cada :(
