Cotton Loft

Location was great.

Apartment is spacious and has a lot of potential. It based in a quiet residential area with easy access to the center and main sites. Private parking available on site. Apartment has a separate entrance, but no terrace. Seating in front of the breakfast room can be used.

Actual condition of the apartment does not reflect the pictures nor the description in the advert. The apartment is poorly maintained and needs renovation/repair, it has plenty of old/broken furnitures/decorations. The kitchen is not well equipped. Windows in bedrooms are without any blinds. There is a strong odour in bathroom, not enough chairs for a family.

It was good to have a parking place.

The shower is splashing all over and we had to go downstairs to ask for a mop. The ceiling gave us some troubles… these is too low and we hit it several times. The coffee maker had the wrong capsule, lucky that we had our own coffee but the worst thing is the squeaking floor… this was disturbing.

Very cozy, clean, pretty close to the downtown, the hosts are really, really wonderful and helpful with advices. It was so enjoyable that for sure we will come back again while in the area 🙏

The property itself was great. I like the ease of access, parking, grass. Also the other rooms were very nice. The room (apartment) we stayed in was very big but not as updated as the rest of the property (definitely needs some work done). Breakfast was very nice and at a very good rate. (slanina and socata were a very nice touch! :) ). The communication with the property was great keeping in mind we reserved it quit late in the day. I recommend the property openly :D The other apartment looked great (but not available unfortunately for our last minute booking :) )
