The perfect location to stay in Oradea, close to all the main sights and restaurants, everything is within walking distance. Free parking is a huge plus and why we picked this apartment in the first place. The apartment itself is nice, big and clean, couch and bed were comfortable and our dog stayed for free, which we really appreciated!

The towels smelled nice and clean, but once we started using them they smelled a bit, I think they were probably too old already. Also, the owner was very kind and replied fast, but communication before arrival wasn’t the easiest, I think it would be useful to write the instructions for getting in the apartment in english. We got everything well in advance, but had to ask for it and got a reply in romanian.

The location is great, a few steps to Piata Unirii. Several restaurants can be found around. The location has a private parking at no extra cost (wonderful in the center of the city of Oradea). We got the keys very easy, the info we received were accurate. The apartment is situated at the ground floor.

We were bad lucky because nobody cleaned the apartment before we arrived (laundry, garbage and so on). There is no terrace (only a table with 2 chairs outside with view at the parking). The view from the apartment is the yard of a church. For us there was no problem that the ring bells at 7 AM. In the presentation we can read something about serving wine/champagne/fruits in the hall; sure we can have anything we buy. If the temperature is lower outside we suppose that the cold enter inside too, because some spaces at the main gate. Another white ball: the owner was very honest and realised the error (with the cleaning) and gave back a part of the amount of the cost.
