Location.

First of all be aware that pictures you see are a mix of different apartments so you can't be sure what exactly you're choosing (which is not ok in my opinion). We got an apartment in a different location than it stated in the offer. The apartment looks better in the pictures than in reality. You enter the yard through a stinky garbage area, which is really disgusting. THERE IS NO A/C. Which made our stay unpleasant, because the temperature outside was extremely hot, so I had to leave the window open for the night. Windows are facing the street so I couldn't sleep because of the noise. Thank God we stayed only one night there.

Good location. Quiet apartment at the end of yard. Clean. Good for two person. All the necessary kitchen utilities. Easy to find parking place on the nearby street.

Everything is like on the pictures, very clean, cosy, only 5 minutes from city center, but also very quiet. Parking is in front of the gate, so as little shop. You got everythig that you need.
