It was warm apartment and quiet

The housekeeper was very impolite and disrespectfully tried to ruin our privacy. The water can't be hot more than 2 minutes and the bathroom flooded every time you use it. We wouldn't recommend it.

10 out of 10 for location. The place's owner was really nice and helpful. Our daughter got sick during our stay and the Lais's owner checked on us and was really helpful during that time. Will highly recommend this place for ppl that are looking to stay on the plaza. Everything is walking distance.

Conveniently situated in the old town, next to the city hall, close to the touristic landmarks. Large comfortable room. Large modern bathroom.

Ideal location for backpackers and pedestrians traveling without a car: finding a parking spot close to the accomodation would be impossible

Easy entry with a code box to get the keys. The room is big, clean, with a confortable bed. The bathroom is great, enough space with a large shower cabin, heated floor. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided. Located right in the old centre of the town, close to the Black Church. The friendly owner is very helpful and can be contacted on WhatsApp.

The property is at the end of a long and not so attractive inner court. The window view is to this inner court, the room is somewhat lacking light.

Everything was perfect. The host is friendly and she helped us to navigate in the town. The room is located in the centre of the Old Town. A lot of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The beds are very comfortable and all accommodations are in place. We would definitely recommend !!

The room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. It s right in the center of the city and the hosts are really nice people. We stayed for 2 night and we will definetely come back.

The place was great and the landlady was extremely friendly. We arrived at 8am and unfortunately, the apartment wasn’t free but she offered us to keep our bags so we can walk through the city without any issues. The apartment is placed in the old center of the city so sometimes you can hear the sound of the music fests, traffic lights, and church. But it wasn’t a problem at all, just a simple note for those who love the silence.

We had the green apartment which doesn’t have such things as plates, microwave, electric kettle and stove. Be aware because you will have to eat outside or buy fast food. Also, we didn’t have the slippers. It was a little bit uncomfortable because the floor was cold and you have a chance to fall if you step on the wet floor after the shower. The window didn’t have a mosquito net, and it overlooks the courtyard. Sometimes in the early morning, we heard very loud conversations.
