Good location and good price.

Place was old and some things were broken and outworn, especially in bathroom.

Grundsätzlich die Lage

Ich habe dieses Apartment gebucht und kann nur dringend davon abraten. Die Unterkunft war eine absolute Katastrophe. Die Bilder entsprechen in keiner Weise der Realität – alles wirkte heruntergekommen, ungepflegt und dreckig. Es lebte auch einiges an Ungeziefer dort. Es war schlichtweg nicht schön sich dort aufzuhalten. Hinzu kommt die Hellhörigkeit: Man hört wirklich alles von den Nachbarn, was an Erholung oder Schlaf kaum zu denken lässt. Zwar ist die Lage grundsätzlich gut/zentral, aber die direkte Straße, in der sich das Apartment befindet, wirkt unangenehm. Besonders problematisch war, dass sich fremde Personen direkt vor dem Apartment im Gebäude aufgehalten haben. Es wirkte so, als würden dort möglicherweise Drogen konsumiert. Dadurch habe ich mich absolut unsicher gefühlt. Der Vermieter hat erst am nächsten Tag auf meine Anfrage zu den fremden Personen reagiert und daraufhin gewiesen, dass er nichts dafür kann, wer sich im Gebäude herumtreibt. Leider war rein Feiertag und es war keine Alternative Unterkunft so kurzfristig vorhanden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt unangenehm und alles andere als das, was man sich von einer Unterkunft erhofft. Fazit: Auf gar keinen Fall buchen.

The location is great: central and close to the metro

The photos are misleading as the conditions of the apartment are actually shack, with visible lack of care, maintenance and cleaning. Broken door handle, broken shower door and not well sealed so water was coming out from all sides, broken towel hanger, wall plug in open and exposed, parts of the skirting board broken and left on the floor, only a few working lights (all the others didn't have a bulb at all). The floor was visibly unwashed. The only table in the apartment (really small) is broken and so wobbly that you can't even put a bottle of water on it. We were forced to eat on the bed (putting two bar stools must have been a smart idea, too bad!) The bathroom carpet is actually an old towel. No additional blanket or pillows, you will only have those present in bed and the blanket is not big enough to cover 2 people. There is a washing machine: the idea is nice and useful, too bad there is no hanger. In the house there are 2 cockroach traps, left full of "corpses". Several times we have had cockroaches live in the apartment. Even the building, unfortunately, is no less: dilapidated, dirty, with cables (many exposed) hanging from all sides and full of cockroaches running everywhere. Unfortunately, it is not possible to upload multiple photos or videos to show the real condition we found! I travel a lot and don't care about luxury accommodations, but this was truly the worst I've stayed and the price is definitely a robbery for what it is.

La ubicación

Nada que ver con las fotos. Estaba viejo, no muy limpio y encontramos varias cucarachas. No funcionaban las lámparas, la lavadora estaba llena de agua y moho, y dice que tiene Netflix pero no tiene clave. Necesita bastante mantenimiento.
