אהבנו את העיצוב, את החדרים והמטבח. הדירה היתה מאובזרת היטב ונעימה.

היו כלים מלוכלכים במטבח, סבון ושמפו חצי משומשים באמבטיה, נתן תחושה שהדירה לא מספיק נקיה או שלא נקצה ופונתה היטב לפני בואנו. דבר נוסף, יש בבניין למטה מעין חנות של מכונות הימורים ואוכלוסיה פחות נעימה למשפחה עם ילדים.
