דירה במיקום מעולה ליד השדה תעופה למי שנוחת בלילה ורוצה מקום קרוב. יש בה הכל- מטבח מקסים עם כל מה שצריך. מרפסת ענקית שצופת על גן המשחקים. ואפילו ברכה מתחת לדירה. יש חניה מסודרת. בעל הדירה מקסים ועוזר בכל דבר. הצ'ק אין פשוט.

יש מזגן בסלון. אבל אם סוגרים את הדלת של המטבח המיזוג מגיע גם לחדר שינה
