Location is pretty great, small balcony has a good view. Decorated with style (maybe not yours nor mine but style nonetheless). Quiet building save for some city noise but this is to be expected.

The flat is on the 7th floor and the small old single elevator didn't always work. That's an issue. There is nothing the owner can do about this, I realize.

This property is in an excellent location, very central but at the same time quiet without almost any street noise. Everything was great starting with the ease of communication with the owner, their willingness to help and ease of access. The apartment itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very very clean.

The building itself is a little shabby but don't be put off by that

The design was nice. Great location IF you're wanting to stay in the center of Old Town.

I had purchased things to be in the room, that they forgot to place, so I had to be reimbursed for that. The balcony definitely needs to be fixed and refurbished. I didn't like not having a physical key as only having a code with a key pad made me nervous to leave my belongings in the apartment. I didn't like having to walk a ways and around the street just to throw away trash. The lighting in the bathroom is awful.

Great location, very nice Bucharest neighbourhood, amazing host, all facilities for a comfortable stay.

It seems that central heating doesn't function well in the building. It was a bit cold, especially at night. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Cozy place to relax after a long day walking. Nice TV and sofa bed
