Peaceful Loft

The apartment was very spacious and provided plenty of room to move around comfortably. It was also perfectly located for our needs during the two days we stayed there, which made getting around very convenient.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The room was very cold because the radiators had thermostats and were barely warm. It was freezing at night, and the same issue was present in the kitchen and bathroom. We woke up with sore throats both mornings because of the cold. On top of that, the showerhead was broken and clearly hadn’t been checked before our arrival. The apartment was cleaned very superficially, and to make matters worse, there were no slippers provided. We had to walk around barefoot, which was highly uncomfortable given how cold the floors were. To make things even worse, the peace and quiet we hoped for was nonexistent. Both mornings, at 8:00 AM, there was loud construction work in the building, and the sound of drilling was so loud it felt like it was happening inside our room. It was impossible to rest or sleep. This was by far the worst accommodation I’ve experienced, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

- Availability of kitchen appliances and some spices/oil/tea. - A lot of sockets.

- The apartment wasn’t ready till our check in time. We had to wait for hour and half more, but we got compensation for it. The owner bought new bed clothing and towels for us. - The bathroom was moldy, with bad lighting, water was hardly warm. - Very cold floor.

Central location, good value for what it is offering. I only stayed for 1 night, arrived late and left very early. Did not have the chance to stay too much or evaluate the property

Some tiny sewer cockroaches were in the bathroom which scared me at first but they disappeared quickly.

No hot water for the stay!

The apartment is in a good place. From outside it is a soviet era building. But inside it is modern with all stuff inside, so, you have everything you need.

The property was clean, big and spacious. It was comfortable. Near to tram, shops, mall. Almost everything you need like fridge microwave plates glasses are also available. You can go down and walk and there are shops to buy things like water. The studio was big and has natural lighting. It was also clean.

Need to collect the key with a little walk from the property. Not much hassle tho. The aircon was not working.
