1. Extremely quiet area. Far from the hustle and bustle of the old center. 2. The parking place is not next to the studio but 100m away in a public parking lot. Considering the parking space crisis in the city, I could say that having a place to park your car is a luxury. As a result, it is a relief to be able to park your car nearby. 3. The area where the studio is located allowed me and my family to access the tourist locations by car in extremely short periods of time 4. With the exception of the lack of a microwave oven, you have everything you need for a stay of several days

1. Smell of moisture. Inside at the base of the outer walls, water infiltrations can be visually observed. 2. Very small bathroom. To sit on the toilet bowl, you have to slip between the door and the toilet bowl, with extremely limited maneuvering space. For an overweight person, it is a pain to sit on the toilet bowl. 3. The bedroom window does not have a mosquito net. At night or even during the day, insects or even small animals can enter (the window being low at ground level in the neighboring yard). You have to let it open to bring fresh air because otherwise there is humidity in the room. 4. The entrance door to the studio is right on the street. To ventilate (make current through the room window) and to get rid of the humidity in the room, you have to open both the door and the window of the room, as a result you have no privacy. The large windows that are posted on Booking do not open (they are fixed). 5. The room had spiders. 6. I was told that check-in will be at 04:30pm, which seems a bit late to me
