"Lovely apartment in a perfect location, needs small improvements"

Excellent location right in the city center. Charming old-town atmosphere in an interesting historic building. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with a clean and comfortable bedroom and living room.

The downsides are the bathroom and the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, but the smell from the fridge was so unpleasant that we only opened it once. The bathroom is small, rather cold, and has some visible mold behind the toilet — it could definitely use a bit of refreshing so it doesn’t spoil the overall impression. If those two things were improved, it would easily be a perfect 10.
