A szálláshely egy családiház földszinti része, mely a nagyon modern és az igencsak régi sajátos ötvözete. Némi hozzászokás után egészen otthonosan éreztük magunkat. Jól jött a jól felszerelt konyha az önellátós utazásunkhoz. A plusz egy wc is növelte az otthonosságot. A tripla üvegezésű műanyag ablakok egész jól kizárták az utcazajt (az őrült motorosokat leszámítva) A garázs előtti parkolóhely szintén jól jött. Kedves gesztus volt a bekészített üveg bor, kóla és némi rágnivaló.

Érkezésünkkor kicsit dohos szag fogadott, aminek a kiszellőztetése a forgalmas út légszennyezése miatt bajos volt, de az éjszakai csendben megoldódott. A zuhanytálca maga alá eresztett némi vizet, így a kilépő szőnyeg folyton el volt ázva. Akadt némi gond a melegvíz ellátással is, de a tulajdonos gyorsan elhárította.

Well equipped, spacious and clean apartments, comfortable beds and mattresses. Adrian is very friendly, hospitality and attentive owner. Private parking place near the apartment entrance. Accommodation process is a simple and contactless. Step close to the Old town, but pay attention that the way back is a climb to a very steep mountain near the White Tower. IMHO: Too many switches, so light turning on and off always looks like a small quest, but this is funny. Smart home system as a toy - look it, press it, forget it. A little bit noisy at night by cars and bikes due to close to the street, it's not a big deal, just fact.

The kitchen tap needs to repair or replacement, it flood all around by water, except the dishes. The dinner and bedside tables clean but extremely sticky, I don't know why.

Close to the city center and to Livada Postei station where you can take any bus to any direction, including to Poiana Brasov. It is well equiped, also with dishwashing machine. The owner was very nice and provided snacks and drinks from the house.

The house had all basic necessities and was very clean and cozy.

The kitchentap is not working properly and all tv remotes were empty which was annoying but not terrible. However the house is located next to a very busy street, its not very soundproof and that makes it very noisy inside all the time.

Great location. 15 minute walk to the old town center. Just be aware that it’s up a hill if you have walking restrictions. Comfortable beds. A/C in living room only. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed (hairdryer, shampoo, iron).

The small bedroom was warm. A portable A/C would help.

Beautiful flat and the owner was really helpful.

However, it is on a very noisy and dangerous road. The road is so noisy you cannot really use the outside space, it disturbed our sleep and I felt very uncomfortable crossing the road with my children. There is no designated place to cross the road safely and you have to walk for a way to get decent visibility of oncoming traffic on both sides of the road.
