Excellent place, 5th floor with lift with view on the park and nearby mountains. Well equipped. Comfortable. Parking on the compound road generally available. Check-in in person by the owners.

The only slightly negative points are the windows insufficient for the morning heating and some road noises. The building outside and inside are old and impressive but the apartment is renewed.

The flat had all the amenities we needed (fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, air conditioning). Great view of the park and the city!

The elevator was a bit scary but worked without problem.
