The view and the location

It was very cold in the apartment and even though we raised it to the owner multiple times we got moved after 2 days. 2 days spent in an apartment that never went above 17 degrees. In the first night it was so cold that we couldn’t even shower and we spent over 1 hour in the car just to get warm. Again the owner knew about it and did nothing. This was the most upsetting part of an already disappointing experience
