A szállásadó nagyon rugalmas volt. Az emeleti szobák kényelmesek voltak, csendes környezetben található az apartman. A kerti pavilon alkalmas kis társasági életre. Az udvarban magánparkoló van.

A fürdőszoba kicsi volt és szagos, több karbantartást igényelne, mikrohullámú sütő hiányzott a konyhából.
