Sound proofing of windows as on a very busy corner. Good linen and comfortable beds.

The location, while handy was too busy. No reserved parking which was very difficult for us with four people’s luggage. Booking.com said we would be met. We weren’t. We waited for a long time before we were able to make contact. It was a lock box and the instructions were only sent 10 mins before check in. Not good enough when you are travelling from overseas and using local wifi only.

Parking wasn’t clear but ended up being available by night time

Apartment was not clean at the check-in moment. Host was quick to pick the call and to solve the problem. Nevertheless, after the cleaning, floor remained full of of sand and dirty. Shower curtain was full of mold at the base, which shows that higiene is not taking in account. In the morning we had to assist one colleague that was trapped at his bedroom due to defective door lock.

Mould in the bedrooms We couldn’t use the water cooker and the stove at the same time because the circuit breaker fell out. It was very humid in the apartment the towels were humid and didn’t dry. It was difficult to open locker box , open and close it. The balcony faced a very busy street so we couldn’t leave windows open. The apartment was stripped of everything useful. We read the reviews that the landlord put a bottle of wine on the table but there was nothing when we came.

It was a nice stay.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location.

The apartment had a slight mold smell that clung to clothing.

Great location, very pleasant communication with the owner, allowed early check-in, which was very much appreciated!

Lack of amenities, things like paper towels or dish towels would be nice. Perhaps a bit more attention to cleaning. Musty odor in the bathroom, unwashed broiler pan in the oven with old food still stuck to it. Not sure if the hot tub actually existed, perhaps it was somewhere in the building, but it was not part of the apartment.
