Tribunei Apartment Sibiu

The location is very good, close to the center and most of the attractions in downtown Sibiu. The apartment was easy to find and quiet. The communication with the owner was ok, with them being responsive during our short stay. Paid parking is possible on the same street.

Unfortunately, there were two things that made our stay very uncomfortable. 1. One was the intense smell of sewers that overpowered any other smell in the apartment. The smell in the bathroom was really bad and even with the door closed this smell made its way through the whole apartment. We spent most of the afternoon with the entrance door and both windows opened and unfortunately things did not improve. The fact that there is no door one can close between the sleeping room and kitchen/bathroom area does not help either. 2. The second thing that was incredibly uncomfortable was the bed mattress. It was deformed and it would push you (and your partner) to the middle, forming a V-shape. So the entire night we struggled not to roll over to the middle of the mattress. Unfortunately, due to these issues and unless they get solved, I would not go back to stay again or would not recommend this accommodation further.
