"El propietario nos cambió el tipo de estancia el mismo día del hospedaje…"

Reservamos el estudio deluxe con 3 camas, ya que viajamos 3 personas adultas (3 amigos). El mismo día de la reserva nos escribe el propietaria para indicarnos que nos entrega el apartamento número 2 que consiste en 1 cama doble y 1 sofá cama. Alegamos que no era lo reservado explicando la situación y nos indican que el estudio deluxe está en reformas y que en el apartamento otorgado ha un sofá cama doble”muy cómodo”. Tuvimos que apañarnos dadas las circunstancias, pero no nos gustó nada la forma de proceder del propietario ni sus explicaciones. El apartamento estaba limpio y ordenado.

Zona liniștită chiar daca este in centrul orașului, descrierea proprietății conforma, dotările specificate întocmai, cu o excepție legată de posibilitatea servirii mesei ( bucătărie în renovare).

Interacțiunea personalului și lipsa unor mesaje de orientare. Nu am avut plângeri de făcut, insă personalul a fost foarte discret în raport cu clienții ( aveau o frica sa nu greșească cu nimic, am fost așteptat chiar și cu chitanțele și bonul de plată la cazare ) drept dovadă unii din clienți au greșit ușa de acces la nivelul superior și au încercat să intre pe unde era lumină. Greșeala mea că nu am încuiat ușa 🙃

O locație frumoasă, curată, amenajată cu mult gust, are parcare sigură privată și deși am sosit mai devreme , am putut parca mașina la locație. Mulțumim pentru cafea și ciocolată -după drumul lung a fost minunat!

Instalaciones nuevas, amplio espacio en el salón, aparcamiento privado y a 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad

Falta de utensilios de cocina; pocas perchas para 5 personas. La cocina es solo el microondas.
