NO ALQUILEIS AQUI ES UNA ESTAFA

Llegamos un dia tarde a pesar de tenerlo pagado y ya lo habia vuelto a alquilar

Nulla, solo la zona dov’è ubicata.

La camera è infestata da cimici da letto, sono martoriata. Fatevi un favore e non venite assolutamente qui se non volete ritrovarvi il corpo deturpato e passare la vacanza a grattarvi ovunque. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare alloggio e perdere una giornata intera a fare chiamate a booking per avere solo una notte di rimborso, i danni morali non ce li paga nessuno, oltre la crema al cortisone e tutti i vestiti e zaini che abbiamo dovuto buttare al rientro per sicurezza. Oltre questo il materasso non è come quello della foto, ma è una sottiletta e ci si sveglia col mal di schiena, il water è rumoroso e un liquido marrone risale dallo scarico e non si può neanche buttare la carta igienica dentro sennò si intasa. Ciliegina sulla torta non abbiamo ricevuto neanche delle scuse da parte del proprietario, per lui va tutto bene, anche se ci sono diverse recensioni sulle cimici da letto lui continua a non fare una disinfestazione e ad affittare questo incubo alla gente.

Una delusione totale

Mi è piaciuto niente struttura sporca per accedere all’appartamento si passa da un logorio di scale vecchie, arrivando nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto sporco. Abbiamo chiesto di un phon per asciugare i capelli e non ci è stato fornito. Abbiamo chiesto una coperta non ci è stata fornita gli asciugamano erano pochi i cuscini erano solo due piccoli .Abbiamo controllato il materasso era sporchissimo. Non so se avrò dei problemi anche dermatologici. Non so come fa Booking a fare affittare queste topaie?

OF COURSE NOTHING! Terrible experience, crying... Never happened to me something like that, with host like him. What did I like? My professionalism, education and especially all SINCERITY (wasted with him..I'm sure he will reply here because is public, but I don't care anymore, I will submit by legal ways).

The bed was full of bugs, also crawled on the floor/walls/ceiling. The host offered me the 2nd night in another property and then move back. I couldn’t return there because the flat needed a pest control+mattress changed (not simple cleaning in few hours). Sick and alone, I requested a refund for the remaining 2nights and HE TOLD ME TO REFUND ME (by whatsapp and face to face) and I left. In a month, he doesn’t answer me and after my complaints at Booking, he DENIED what we agreed (but all documented) claiming that I refused his proposal and refunded me only the deposit (since obliged). I STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING ONLY BOOKING’S OFFICIAL CHAT FOR COMMUNICATION, NOT WHATSAPP: NOBODY CAN ACCUSE YOU LIKE liars (AS HIS USUAL). I also went to a doctor due bugs bites. Booking should investigate repeated complaints against this host, even after years of collaboration (I’m also a customer for many years and I NEVER complain): everyone can mistake, just admit it and provide to remedy.

All was confy, clean and plenty of “bonus” from our host, who exceeded our expectations guiding us and making us feel better than at home. Thank you so much! 🫶

Poloha ubytovaní by byla velmi dobrá, pokud by si v něm dalo přespat, což kvůli štěnicím v posteli nebylo možné. Také vybavení by bylo dobré, kdyby tam šlo spát.

V posteli, za postelí a pod poličkami nad postelí byly štěnice. Štěnice chodily po matraci, lezly za poličkami. Majiteli jsem psal na WhatsApp a on mi tvrdil, že to štěnice nejsou a že problém může vyřešit až druhý den. Vlastně ho ten problém vůbec nezajímal a neviděl v situaci problém. Volal jsem proto za tu noc 4x na Booking. Booking nám vůbec nebyl schopný pomoct, operátoři říkali jen prázdné fráze, jak je to mrzí, poslal jsem tam i fotky, ale vůbec nám nepomohli. Řešení zcela zůstalo na nás. Museli jsme si najít náhradní hotel sami a sami si ho zaplatit. S majitelem ubytování a Bookingem se momentálně dohaduji o vrácení částky. Majitel si také nechává předem poslat depozit 24€ na svůj BANKOVNÍ ÚČET u Revolut. Přijde mi to velmi zvláštní. Doufám, že mi ho vrátí, protože vzhledem k nemožnosti zde spát jsme ubytovaní opustili a nechali zcela v původním stavu. Komunikace s majitelem byla zvláštní, po zprávách mi připadal velmi arogantní a neochotný řešit problémy. Navíc mu štěnice jako problém vůbec nepřipadaly. Do záchodu se nesmí házet toaletní papír, protože by se ucpal. Není to chyba ubytovaní, jen mě to ale překvapilo a není to úplně pohodlná představa.
