Check in was from 15:30, I took the key and went to a property and saw that nothing was cleaned after previous guests, then had to leave the studio and wait for another 1.5hours. Next morning owner called me and said that I can’t use water for 2hours because neighbours are fixing pipes( it is understandable) but insted of 2 I had to wait for 5hours to use the shower:)

The location is very good, walking distance to the old town, bus stop right in front of the building, self check in. The apartment is well equipped, but the appliances are pretty old and I only recommend it for short stays. I didn’t feel sewage smell as other people said in the comments and the apartment was generally clean, with small exceptions. It is not luxury and you can’t expect luxury considering the competitive price, but it is quite decent.

It is definitely the most cumbersome entrance I’ve seen, but the host provided clear instructions. The cleaning should pay some attention to the spider webs. The building is old and I was genuinely worried that in case of earthquake it is very difficult to get outside.

I liked that this property has an amazing mattress. The bed is super comfy and I liked it. The location was quiet. The owner is very understandable with people who may accidentally make damages and accepts reimbursements.

The fridge and microwave are kind of old, but they work great. For this money, it is expected.

The location is about 20 min walk from TNB. Quiet place, kind staff, precise directions, we found 3 beers in the fridge 🤙🏻

The toilet seat is broken. The bed is horrible. Shady entrance. Poor walls, the room was very cold and I don’t think that the bedding was changed. No carpet in the bathroom, the shower is leaking.
