"Păcat că mai există astfel de proprietăți."

Nimic.

Am înghețat de frig. Termostatul sta blocat de proprietar pe 22 grade și ni se spune că așa l a lăsat tehnicianul....pentru că se blochează centrala.... Este o locație foarte friguroasa. Numai gresie pe jos Nu vreau sa mai detaliez , pentru că aș avea foarte multe de spus. Proprietara nu a răspuns nici măcar la telefon....îmi spunea să i dau mesaje vocale. Am plecat răciți și eu și soția. Cea mai proasta alegere. Mare grija pentru cei ce vor să închirieze acest apartament.

Amplasarea în centrul orasului. Legatura bună cu proprietarul în vederea preluări/predarii cheilor. Dormitorul spatios, patul ok.

Mirosul de canalizare din baie, canapeaua inconfortabila,bucătăria slab echipata( nici măcar un prosop/ rola de bucătărie sa te ștergi pe mâini sau sa ștergi vasele).
