Good position in the city.

The building has common ventilation duct for the apartments situated on top of each other. So sometimes bad smell, like air from someone smoking in another apartment can get in very easy and it is just unacceptable. I talked with the owner and he excused himself without having any solution. Just buy and install a new extraction fan in the bathroom with self closing mechanism, it is not a fortune!!! Also a fresh paint job on the walls would be needed. Other issues: -can easily hear noise from neighbours; -washing machine makes a lot of noise; -a socket is barelly standing on the wall; -curtain is missing from kitchen window; -received only 2 big towels, no shampoo and 2 toilet papers for a week stay (why do you have in the description that you provide everything and not do that?); -cleaning was not satisfactory, the carpet next to bed was full with hair, i had to vacuum it myself. Can't explain myslef how the owner doesn't check if the apartment has problems. I think overall the apartment has some problems from construction, but the lack of interest from the owner to provide good quality services is the main issue that should and can be improved.

Very friendly staff,available at any time,ready to provide you whaterver you need. The location is perfect,around you find all what you need and good connection to everywhere in city. I recommend it.

It need maybe one more bedsheet as reserve,i was a bit longer,BUT that was my mistake because i didnt ask for it,but all in all everything was good.
