Locatie excelenta - ultracentral. Accesul in imobil (garsoniera) poate fi putin dificil pentru cei care nu sunt familiarizati cu cladirile istorice, dar - in opinia mea - va puteti bucura de parfumul epocilor trecute.

Singura imbunatatire ar fi zugravitul casei scarilor, dar asta tine de asociatia de proprietari si nu de proprietarul unui apartament.

Acceptabil în interior jalnic în exterior

Locația din interiorul curți care arată jalnic până ajungi la apartament . Intri intr-o curte interioară cu clădiri vechi degradate urci scări pline de praf cu un miros vechi și traversezi o terasă până ajungi la apartament aceasta aflându-se în capătul curți.

Complicated Check-in. Instructions for entry ONLY through Whatsapp, (recently hacked by Pegasus Spyware) If you don't have Whatsapp, you will be told to go find somewhere with Wifi and download it. Email from property gives no information, just says go to Whatsapp. Stairs: Handrail very loose. Impossible to find light switch in the dark.

The flat was clean, very well located and easy to get to. It's right in the center, so there's plenty of restaurants or sightseeing spots around. Communication was also easy and prompt.

The building is located in the heart of the city centre, close to the Town Hall, the main road and tram stops, restaurants and cafés, but the apartment opens onto a quiet courtyard. The room is comfortable, the equipment is perfect, with all the kitchen and bathroom facilities you need. There's even a washing machine, clothes can be laid out in the hallway.

Just a little something: the apartment has only one window, and the neighbours sit and talk for hours right by the window, so privacy isn’t complete.
