Large Apartment City Centre

Close to Everything.

COCKROACH INFESTATION!!! Every morning waking up to find more and more was gross. Plus when we got there I he apartment was full of dust, dirt and grime. Woken up most mornings by noise outside. Plus none of the TV’s work.

The apartment was huge, warm and comfortable. In addition, close to the centre. The price very good.

There is mold in the shower (black stamps) and it is a pitty since the apartment is amazing! Please clean it. In addition, please while sending the information about how to enter the apartment etc, advise the clients that the door handle needs to be turned up in order to be locked!

It is situated on the core of the center.

Location close to old town,3 separate bedrooms, parking space for 2 cars.

It is a basement,has moisture.There weren't basic accommodations such as hangers, toilet paper and previous guests stuff were left behind - water bottle, conditioners, bread and food in the fridge.

The apartment is close to the city centre.

Basically the description of the apartment does not correspond to the reality. No garden, BBQ facilities, washing machine, terrace, air conditioning. Kitchen is not fully equipped at all - it just has stove tops, fridge and microwave oven. Bathrooms are not two, just one plus additional toilet, no second shower. There is no mosquito net - there are a lot of mosquitoes, spider webs and cockroaches , windows are very small and located close to the ceiling, actually the apartment is situated under the ground.

The apartment is underground which is not mentioned, there is no garden, no BBQ and almost doesn't have half of the facilities and amenities that it has in the description. The worst part of the apartment was the extremely smell of mold and dampness! It is mentioned that the apartment is hypoallergic and we ended up taking medication for the huge breathing discomfort that we had when we returned home. The rooms, the bathrooms and the kitchen were dirty and we bought cleaning products so that to clean the apartment by ourselves. There were cereals all over the floor at the kitchen, trash from sweets under the beds, the trash bins weren't empty and there was a lot of dust everywhere. The last night there was no warm water and the last morning the internet wasn't working. The only reason we didn't leave is that we paid in advance and as we were 6 people it wasn't easy to find another affordable accommodation at the last minute. Big disappointment which ruined our holidays.

Great location, very good facilities and the apartment is large and clean. Host was responsive and easy to get a hold of for anything we might have needed (like wifi passwords, etc). Flat is well equipped and a great choice for larger groups of friends.

It wasn't immediately obvious from the property pictures or description that the flat is in fact underground. Not a huge problem if you are planning on spending more time outside the flat than in (and frankly why would you not, seeing as the the location is so central), but there really is barely any natural light coming through. That could be a dealbreaker for some.
