Cozy Design Apartament in Magheru

Apartamentul este ok! Locatia este centrala cu metrou si tot ce vrei prin apropiere!

Blocul in care este apartamentul este destul de degradat!

The communication with the landlord was amazing! He's very polite and very helpful and kind! The place was clean and cozy. And the location is perfect! Very near to metro, convenience stores, hypermarket, everything you need. And it was a really good value for money considering the super central location.

The communication with the host was not so good, he wasn’t reply soon or at all to some questions , he also sent the check in instructions on what’s app while he didn’t inform about that earlier

The apartment is very close to the centre, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, there is a big supermarket very close to the apartment as well as cafe,bars, bakery.

The apartment was not as clean as it should be. The towels in the bathroom had a bad smell. The apartment needs to be painted. The communication with the owner was not so easy as on the day of my arrival I was trying from the morning to get in touch with him but he did not answer to my messages. At last he gave me directions for the apartment at 16:30 (check in is at 16:00)

The location

Not clean, smelt when entered the premises, broken shower, door and walls had damage in the bedroom. Turned on heater and it heated the property next door so I had to close it. The bed gave me a lower back ache as it was not even and pillows was cheap and very very soft thin ones….

The apartament was nice and clean.

The communication with the owner was poor. The address on booking is different than the actual location of the apartament meaning the owner has to provide you with the address so that the navigation system will take you there. When I told the owner that he was supposed to give me the details from the beginning, he somehow made it sound like it was my fault for not identifying the place. The apartament is located in a building which is marked with the red dot( bulina rosie) the building itself is disgusting. There were some spooky events. During the day, somebody tried to enter the apartament and then one night, somebody kept banging the front door. The bedsheets and the lining looked like they were overused and the bed was very small. The pictures presented of the apartament do not reflect the actual thing. The place itself provides basic cutlery and kitchen ware. And we didn't really feel safe. Not coming back and definitely not recommending for families.
