"CLEAN, NEW, NEIGHBORHOOD IS OK BUT A BIT NOISY"

ROOM IS CLEAN, NICELY PREPARED, OWNER AVAILABLE ON SITE

TOO TINY WALLS SO YOU HEAR YOUR NEIGHBOR. THE SAME IS VALID FOR SEWAGE AND WATER FLUSHING YOU HEAR RUNNING FROM WHOLE HOUSE AS THE SEWER MANHOLE IS NEXT TO THE ROOM. ITS NOT SMELLING BUT YOUR HEAR WATER RUNNING. GENERALLY YOU HEAR LOCAL TRAFFIC IN FRONT OF YOUR ROOM AS ITS JUST OVER THE WALL.
